Regulator
We have had a dedicated team representing the DWP, for nearly twenty years, in prosecutions for all range of Benefits Frauds.  We also represent Fylde Borough Council in respect of Benefit Fraud cases.  We prosecute on behalf of the FSA (Financial Services Authority),  and the Department for Business Innovation and Skills (DBIS).  We have also specialist knowledge and experience in respect of Fire Safety Legislation, and now prosecute for three major Fire Authorities in the North West, namely Lancashire, Greater Manchester, and  Merseyside.
