We can advise you whether the circumstances in which you suffered your injuries are likely to give rise to a claim, who the claim should be made against and the possible value of that claim. We will then notify all relevant parties on your behalf and then investigate and proceed with the claim. We will deal with all aspects of the claim, corresponding with third parties, insurers, employers, medical experts and, if necessary, the court to achieve a satisfactory settlement on your behalf.

Personal injuries can arise in many different circumstances, but they are often the deliberate or negligent acts of a person, company or corporate body, or as a result of a breach of one of the many statutory regulations governing the working environment of employees, and these can give rise to a claim for damages. Employees working with toxic chemicals, or working at heights, or with vibrating tools, or in slippery or noisy workplaces are protected by these regulations. Even employees working at computer terminals can be seriously affected by poorly configured computer screens or hand, wrist or arm injuries from a badly positioned keyboard.

The amount of damages of course will vary depending upon the severity of the injuries, the actual financial losses sustained such as loss of earnings, and the degree of impairment of future earning capacity.
