Our professional negligence department leader, Neil Jones, is a member of the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association. This is a reflection of a number of cases we have brought for clients against other professionals including other solicitors.
This does not make us popular with our colleagues but our view has always been to act firmly where clients have been badly served by other professionals.
We were the acting Solicitors in the successful appeal to the House of Lords in 2005 of the leading case on conflict of interest.
